Our client is a well established asst manager with over 100 years of history. They are seeking an HR Coordinator to join their lean Human Resources team!

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assistant to the Head of Human Resources which includes calendar management, travel arrangements, expense management, responding to inquiries, and various special projects
  • Ongoing maintenance of electronic and hard copy employee files, which includes monitoring the quality of converted documents to ensure accuracy of electronic images
  • Schedule interviews, greet onsite candidates while ensuring that their interviews run according to schedule
  • Responsible for the input of data into our HRIS system; verifying employee information to ensure data integrity
  • Responsible for the review of new hire documentation and completion of Form I-9 employer section, ensuring documentation compliance
  • Prepare, reconcile and process vendor invoices
  • Responsible for making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors, mail sorting/distribution, and providing general administrative support to the HR Team
  • Scheduling and ensuring all logistics are handled for weekly HR Team meetings
  • Manage org charts on website
  • Post anniversaries and new hires on intranet
  • Proactively create and update documents regarding processes and workflows for on-going maintenance of documentation

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of HR or Admin experience, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Knowledge and strong understanding of HRIS systems preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail with high degree of accuracy, meticulous with the details
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently
  • Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information, records, and reports
  • Superior computer skills, including Microsoft Office
